Charge Groove Size Guide

Which Charge Groove do I need?

It's about your dash, not your van's year or trim. Grab a tape measure and check your center console lid — the compartment above the screen where your charging ports live.

Small — $98
Lid measures about 11" across the front lip. Air vents sit on either side of the compartment. You may have cup holders on the opposite side of the air vents.

XL — $128
Lid measures about 20" across the front lip. No air vents — cupholders sit on either side instead.

Does the Charge Groove fit Ford Transit or Ineos Grenadier?
No — Charge Groove is designed specifically for the 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter (VS30) dash layout and isn't compatible with other van platforms.

Why does the XL cost more?
XL uses roughly twice the material and print time of the Small — that's reflected in the price.

Do I need to drill into my dash?
No. Charge Groove installs between your existing lid and dash — no drilling, no permanent changes, done in minutes.

What's it made of?
Nylon 12, SLS 3D printed in-house at our shop in Vista, CA.

Still not sure? Send us a photo of your dash — text it to (442) 216-5333 or email jenny@terraxinnovations.com and we'll tell you exactly which one fits.
