Refund policy
30 day return policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from your original purchase date to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email jenny@terraxinnovations.com or call us at 442-216-5333 to start your return or exchange. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label for you to download and print.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. The cost of the provided return shipping label will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0) for returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in original packaging, with care that the item won’t be damaged through shipping. We strongly recommend packing all components with sufficient padding to avoid damage during shipping. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
