We can ship worldwide.

Our online checkout is set up for US addresses only, but we ship internationally. For now we handle international orders by hand, so here’s how it works:

How to order

1. Add the products you want to your cart.
2. Take a screenshot of your cart.
3. Email the screenshot to jenny@terraxinnovations.com along with your full shipping address and phone number.
4. In your email, confirm that you’ve read and agree to the terms below.
5. We’ll reply with a quote that includes UPS shipping, plus a link to pay.

International shipping terms

We ship international orders with UPS International.

All international orders ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The purchase price and shipping cost do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local brokerage fees. The recipient pays these charges when the package arrives in their country. We recommend checking with your local customs office about possible fees before you order.
